Dear Participants; 

We are pleased to invite you to submit research papers to 4 th International Conference on Lifelong Education and Leadership for ALL-ICLEL – 2018 will be organized by University of Lower Silesia and Sakarya University. ICLEL Conference is one of the largest international conferences for academicians, scholars, researchers, educators, students, professionals and other groups interested in Lifelong Education and Leadership and new perceptions in Education, Business, Economic, Social Sciences and related academic fields to present their works in this academic platform.  After 3 years, it has become a reference event that brings together more than 1000 participants from 40 different countries. ICLEL 18 selected one of the most academic conferences by Science Community (USA) and alerted to participate all members (https://usa.science-community.org/en/node/178674 ). Until now we have prepared 4 Special Issue published in SSCI and ERIC indexed journals and ICLEL Conference Books have indexed in Conference Citation Index by Thomson and Reuters. During ICLEL 2017 we have processed 20 papers in SSCI journals and 41 papers has published in ERIC indexed journals. Moreover ICLEL 15, ICLEL 16 Conference Book indexed in Web of Sceice-WoS and ICLEL 17 CPB is under WoS evaluation process.
